Steam boiler refers to the production of steam boiler equipment, steam boiler belongs to special equipment, its design, production, factory, installation must accept the supervision of the national technical supervision department, users need to obtain the boiler use certificate to run the boiler. Different from atmospheric pressure boilers, steam boilers must have boiler procedures when leaving the factory, including boiler body diagram, installation diagram, instrument valve diagram, pipe diagram and inspection certificate.
Steam boiler in general steam boiler, are provided with the main steam pipe and deputy steam pipe. The main steam pipe is used to provide steam to the user, and the auxiliary steam pipe is used for blowing ash of the boiler itself, as well as steam feed water pump, water injector for steam. If equipment, valves, accessories, etc. are added, a steam system is formed.
Whether it is the main steam pipe, or the deputy steam pipe, is generally used in a single mother pipe, but if it is perennial uninterrupted use, then it is the use of double mother pipe, so as to be able to have backup. If the boiler room has a separate cylinder, the main steam pipe can be connected to the separate cylinder.
Steam boiler generally in the main steam pipe, will be provided with two valves, mainly to ensure safety. One is next to the boiler drum or superheater outlet, and the other is next to the steam main pipe or branch cylinder. The purpose of this is to prevent when one valve fails, there is another to take the place of the function, so as to avoid the steam backflow phenomenon.
The steam boiler should pay attention to that the vent valve is generally installed at the top of the steam pipe, which can be conducive to the removal of air during the hydraulic test. In addition, the steam pipeline should have a certain slope, and the trap or vent valve should be installed at the low point, so that the condensate can be discharged smoothly.
1. Installation and debugging
(1) Installation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the technical regulations and requirements, and supervision shall be done well.
(2) After the boiler is installed, it must be checked and accepted. Only after the inspection is qualified can the following work be carried out.
(3) Before the boiler officially starts to use, it should be tested first, which is divided into two parts: no-load test and load test. During the test run, if any problem is found, it should be dealt with in time.
2. Update and scrap
(1) The conditions for boiler renewal are:
A. After overhaul and reconstruction, the boiler still cannot recover its performance;
B. In terms of economic costs, the overall economic effect is not as good as renewal;
C. Serious safety problems exist in the main parts of the boiler;
D. Steam supply parameters vary greatly, and have seriously failed to meet the requirements of national standards.
(2) The boiler efficiency should be measured regularly, generally once every two years. If after maintenance, transformation and other means, or can not meet the minimum requirements stipulated by the state, then it should be scrapped.
(3) If there is deterioration in some aspects of the boiler, and it is not improved after treatment, if it continues, it will seriously threaten the safety of production and may lead to a major accident, so emergency measures should be taken in time.
