3. When the vacuum of steam turbine is less than 50 kPa, the steam traps of all units are prohibited to enter the condenser (the main body is prohibited to close the steam traps).
4. After boiler ignition, inspection should strengthen the temperature measurement of the main reheat steam main pipe and steam turbine body drain pipe, and contact and handle in time if the drainage is not free.
5. After the unit is connected to the grid, all high-pressure traps shall be closed when the load is >10%; all low-pressure traps shall be closed when the load is >20%.
6. When the unit is shut down, load <20%, open all low-pressure hydrophobic, load <10%, open all high-pressure hydrophobic.
7. In normal operation of the unit, if the temperature of main and reheat steam drops below 500℃, the main and reheat steam pipe and steam turbine body should be opened.
8. If the small steam turbine is out of operation, if the vacuum is not damaged, all the hydrophobic bodies of the small steam turbine should be opened.
9. When the heater is stopped during operation, the drainage should be opened in front of the suction check door.
10. If the steam valve needs to be closed due to the operation mode or maintenance during the operation of the steam pipeline, it should be confirmed that the door trap is put in, and the corresponding door trap should be opened when there is no trap.
11. Before the vacuum is damaged by the steam turbine brake, the main reheat steam mother pipe and branch pipe should be closed to prevent hot steam and hot water from entering the condenser. The above drain should be opened after the main and reheat steam pressure is discharged to zero.
12. After the steam turbine is shut down, it is forbidden to close the steam traps on the body side of the steam turbine without special reasons (if the temperature difference between upper and lower cylinders is greater than 56℃ after the shutdown, the power generation department and the steam engine department of the Technical Department should be notified in time). If the turning fault cannot be put into operation, the steam traps on the body side of the steam turbine can be shut down according to the relevant provisions of abnormal stopping of the turning.
13. During the start-up and normal operation of the unit, all the front and rear manual doors of the trap must be opened. If the manual doors need to be closed due to internal leakage of the valve, records must be made.
14. During the operation of the unit, the leakage check of the trap door shall be carried out regularly according to the provisions.
