According to experience, when the temperature of the air in the preheater increases by 1.5, after installing the air preheater in the boiler flue, if the air can be - 83 - preheated to 150~160℃. The exhaust gas temperature can be reduced by 100~120℃, and the boiler thermal efficiency can be increased by 7.0%~7.5%, which can save fuel 11%~12%.
