Work Flow and Description

The layout described above is suitable for two dragged devices (one used and one standby), one is driven by a steam turbine to save energy, and the other is driven by a motor. When the steam turbine is overhauled or malfunctions, the standby equipment is activated to continue to ensure that the subsequent production process is not affected.


Layout Form Ⅱ

First, the steam enters the steam turbine to flow through and perform work, and the motor (double shaft extension) is driven by the clutch, and then the motor is connected to the dragged device to do work. By transforming the mechanical energy of the steam turbine into the kinetic energy of the dragged device, the exhaust steam (or the electric energy of the electric motor) after perform work enters the subsequent steam pipeline. The layout description is shown in Figure 2.

The layout described above is suitable for driving a dragged device. When the steam turbine is overhauled or malfunctions, the clutch will disconnect the steam turbine and the motor, and the motor will drive the drag equipment to continue to ensure that the subsequent production process is not affected. In addition, when the power of the steam turbine selected according to the steam parameters is greater than the power of the dragging equipment, the electric motor can also be used to generate electricity. The power generation is that the dragged device cannot consume the power margin of the steam turbine.
