1. High pressure heat exchanger

a. As a heat conversion device, high-pressure heat exchanger is mainly used in the regenerative system of large thermal power units, and its heat transfer performance directly affects the economy and safety of the units. Therefore, improving the heat transfer efficiency of the high-pressure heater and reducing the irreversible loss in the process of heat transfer have become one of the important measures to solve the problem of energy efficient utilization. As a physical quantity to evaluate the heat transfer capacity of substances, it has physical significance to characterize the heat transfer efficiency, and can provide guidance for the efficient operation of high-pressure heaters.


b. Composition of high pressure heater

The device consists of a shell and a pipe system. The upper part of the inner cavity of the shell is provided with a steam condensation section, the lower part is provided with a hydrophobic cooling section, and the top ends of the water inlet and outlet pipes are provided with a feed water inlet and a feed water outlet. When superheated steam enters the shell from the inlet, it can heat the feed water in the upper main coil. After the steam condenses into water, the condensed hot water can heat part of the feed water in the lower hydrophobic coil, and the used condensed water flows out of the body through the hydrophobic outlet. The device has the obvious advantages of low energy consumption, compact structure, small occupied area, low material consumption, etc., and can strictly control the drain water level, drain flow rate and reduce the drain end difference.

2. Low pressure heat exchanger

The function of the low-pressure heater is to use the steam that has done part of the work in the steam turbine to pump it into the heater to heat the water supply, increase the temperature of the water, reduce the steam discharged from the steam turbine to the condenser, reduce the energy loss and improve the circulation efficiency of the thermodynamic system. Vertical tube-plate heaters are mostly used in the structure. Heating surface of heater is generally composed of straight tube bundle or U-shaped tube bundle composed of brass tube or seamless steel tube. Heated water enters the separated water chamber side from the upper water inlet pipe, and then flows into the U-shaped tube bundle. The U-shaped tube absorbs the heat of heated steam in the steam space of the heater, which is transferred to the water flowing in the tube by the tube wall, and the heated water flows out through the outlet water chamber of the heater.
