Speed regulation and security system Faults:

1. Increase or decrease load is insensitive, there is a jump change.

2. Static test oil motive cannot be fully opened or fully closed.

3. steam turbine speed or electricity and heat load fluctuations.

4. Extraction and back pressure cannot be put into operation.

5. Regulating valve seal is lax.

6. Steam leakage of valve stem.

7. The emergency breaking throttle, axial displacement breaking device, starting valve, emergency breaking and resetting device cannot hang the brake.

8. Additional security oil pressure and safety oil pressure cannot be established or the oil pressure is low.

9. Low speed emergency interrupt throttle, security operation box.

10. The oil injection test was unsuccessful.

11. LVDT calibration of turbine oil motive.

12. Configuration setting of WoodWard505, 505E, SPC and CPCⅡ ⅱ parameters.

13. The pulse oil pressure (signal oil pressure) of hydraulic spring-type oil motor cannot be established or is lower than the design value.

14. Oil motive shut down for too long.

15. OPC function cannot be put into use.

16. The rotary slide valve cannot rotate.

17. Can't run at full capacity.

18. Steam turbine load rejection speed soaring is too large.

19. Unequal rate adjustment of speed control system.

Main valve

1. When hot, the main valve can't be seated.

2. After the main valve is opened to a certain extent, it will automatically close.

3. The main valve cannot be opened.

4. The main valve does not open properly.

5. Large steam leakage.

6. The automatic shutoff cannot be tested for activities.

7. The opening of the automatic shutter is not in place.

8. The closing time of the main valve/automatic shutoff is too long

Oil system

1. The pressure of high-pressure oil pump is less than the design value.

2. The outlet pressure/inlet pressure of main oil pump of steam turbine is insufficient.

3. Insufficient pressure of turbine lubricating oil.

4. The oil return temperature of steam turbine is too high.

5. The outlet temperature of oil cooler is too high.

6. Insufficient outlet pressure of lubricating oil pump.

7. The three-way non-return valve is jammed.

8. The output of high-pressure oil pump does not match the system.
