The cement kiln clinker production line with a daily output of 1,000 ~ 14,000 tons independently developed and manufactured by our company is equipped with pure low-temperature waste heat power generation boiler, which is mainly used for recycling low-temperature flue gas waste heat of cement production line to generate electricity, save energy and protect the environment; After years of experience accumulation and upgrading, a series of waste heat boilers with a daily output of 1,000 t, 2,500 t, 3,200 t, 4,500 t, 5,000 t, 6,500 t, 10,000 t and 14,000 t have been formed, with pressure grades ranging from 0.2 MPa to 2.5 MPa. At the same time, diversified customization and efficiency improvement services for cement waste heat boilers have been accepted. The boiler structure is mature and its performance is stable Our company designed and manufactured Huangshi 14000TPD cement production line for huaxin cement to cooperate with RDF project, which is equipped with waste heat boiler.
