6. What are the hazards of increasing the main steam pressure when the main steam temperature of steam turbine remains unchanged?

1) The steam humidity in the last stages of the unit increases, which worsens the working conditions of the moving blades in the last stages and aggravates water scouring. For high temperature and high pressure units, the main steam pressure increases by 0.5mpa, and the humidity increases by about 2%.

2) As the enthalpy drop of the regulating stage increases, the moving blades of the regulating stage will be overloaded

3) Will cause the stress of the main steam bearing parts to increase, will shorten the service life of the parts, and may cause the deformation of these parts, so as to damage the parts.
