On July 18th, GE released the brand-new logos of three leading investment-grade listed companies in the world that it plans to form through spin-off. These three companies will focus on the three growth sectors of medical care, energy and aviation respectively.
Ge medical business will be named GE HealthCare.
GE energy business will be named GE Vernova, which covers GE renewable energy, GE power GEneration, ge digital group and ge energy financial services business.
Ge aviation business will be named GE Aerospace.
GE medical business will launch the new name GE HealthCare. GE's energy business, including renewable energy, power generation, digital business and energy financial services, will be merged and use the new name GE Vernova. GE Aerospace will be the brand name of ge aviation business. Three new companies will continue to benefit from GE's brand value and global popularity of about $20 billion *.
In addition, after the division of GE Medical Services, it will be listed on NASDAQ Global Select Market with "GEHC" as the stock code. Genova's brand color "Huanyucui" also explains this connotation. At present, GE Vernova has more than 7,000 gas turbines and 400 GW of renewable energy equipment installed worldwide.
